Patch: patch-2.4.24-uc0-snap1-fass1

This version of the Fast Address Space Switching for ARM Linux (FASS) is
the first of an entirely new series: a rework of Adam Wiggin's patches by
John Zaitseff.  This particular patch applies to the SnapGear 3.1.0
distribution with the linux-2.4.x kernel.

This patch introduces two configuration options: CONFIG_CPU_FASS_ENABLE
and CONFIG_CPU_FASS_SLOTS.  These are appropriately documented in the
configuration help file (Documentation/Configure.help).
